Addresses These Concerns
How it Works
Uses premium Yoshino Cherry Blossoms from orchards in Kyoto, Japan.
- SMOOTHS WITH CHERRY BLOSSOM EXTRACT: Contains real Cherry Blossom (sakura) extract harvested in Japan, which is a rich source of caffeic acid to soothe inflammation and helps repair the skin’s natural barriers.
- BRIGHTENS WITH WHITE TEA EXTRACT: Packed with more catechin antioxidants than Green Tea, White Tea is a prized herbal ingredient in Asia for its anti-aging properties.
- PLUMPS WITH HYALURONIC ACID: Ensures that the surface of the skin is effectively delivering nutrients where it is needed to hydrate, plump, smooth and improve the look of skin texture.
The Difference Between Functional and Basic Sheet Masks
In a market where there are thousands of sheet mask choices, it’s normal to wonder what the difference is between them and why they’ve been a staple of Asian beauty routines since ancient times. The first thing to know is that Basic Sheet Masking and Functional Sheet Masking are two different approaches to Sheet Masks.
Basic Sheet Masks – Mainly used for daily hydration, with simpler ingredients, a hydrating serum and are usually less costly. Basic sheet masks are cheap, easy to access and use, and offer an incredible span of variety for endless hours of discovery and sampling but don’t expect them to be more than trends or hydration based.
Functional Sheet Masks – Mainly used as a home “facial”, with complex, high performance serum formulas that address key concerns in skin. These are often found in spas and skincare clinics, at a premium price. Snow Fox Sheet Masks are considered to be in this category. Functional Sheet Masks are more expensive, harder to find due to less mass production and require more in depth knowledge to be able to apply it effectively in a customized skin care routine but you can expect more intensive visible results.
FAQ
I’m experiencing a breakout. Should I use the Arctic Breeze Rescue Mask or the Hot Stone Facial Mask?
The Hot Stone Facial Mask is a better fit for blemishes, oily pores and spots, while the Arctic Breeze is great for calming down skin irritations such as redness, bumps and after sun fatigue.
What if I have hypersensitive skin?
This sheet mask has the most gentle formula of all our sheet masks.
How often should I use this mask?
While our masks are suitable for every day use, we recommend starting off 2 to 3 times a week. The Arctic Breeze is fantastic for travel as it works wonders on tired and jet lagged skins.
Is this product safe for pregnant or breastfeeding women?
Yes, it’s safe and also clinically proven safe for skin. If you’re experiencing extreme skin sensitivity during pregnancy, try a patch test on your wrist before applying sheet mask to face.
Are the sheet masks eco-friendly?
Yes, we use only 100% organic certified, biodegradable cotton sheets, which can be composted. The serums are naturally derived from non-animal origin ingredients, don’t contain synthetic preservatives or bleach so it’s fine to compost alongside the mask (these chemicals won’t pollute water ways). Vegan-friendly.
Any Sheet Masking Tips and Tricks?
Place in fridge beforehand to make it EVEN colder (customers have done this after a hot day at the beach). Use a Rose Quartz or White Jade Crystal Facial Roller on top of the sheet mask to speed up absorption time and amplify benefits. This formula is designed to provide instant, fast acting relief, with visible results with just one use.
